Use this 12V float charger and skip the aggravation of jump-starting your car, truck, motorcycle, snowmobile, boat, trolling motor, lawn tractor and other equipment by keeping batteries fully charged for less than half of what other float chargers cost. Use on 12 volt wet or gel cell batteries while in storage to maintain the charge, or during cold weather to keep the battery warm. Unlike trickle chargers that slowly cook the electrolytes out of your battery, the floating circuit maintains a full charge without overcharging. Includes automatic safety shut off.
Great for use on a lawn tractor, trolling motor, tiller, utility truck, snow blower and motorcycle when not in use. Some of my friends bought these from me to maintain their trolling motor and starting batteries on their boats. Others use them on seldom or intermittently used ATVs, farm equipment, RVs, ... any battery in a 12 Volt system.
Don't waste time pulling out the jumper cables, not only is this a hassle, it is hard on your battery. When spring hits you're ready to ride, boat, etc. and when next winter hits your ready to snowmobile, remove snow. Don't miss another adventure because you have a dead battery!
This Battery Float Charger is used for the maintenance of wet or gel-cell batteries that are stored or used periodically, such as boats, cars, snowmobiles, ATVs, tractors and other equipment.
The Float Charger prevents self discharge of the battery, while maintaining and extending the life of rechargeable 12 volt batteries. It maintains battery charge for batteries rated from 5 to 125 amp-hours, by providing constant (min. current) 12.5 VDC regulated output. Other types of chargers provide a strong, rapid charge that can boil out liquids, decay electrodes and reduce overall battery life.
Simple to use: Hook it up, plug it in, and forget about it.
