All items may be returned if they are unopened within 7 days from the delivery date.
Please call our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), please note that items returned without an RMA will not be refunded/returned.
This RMA number is crucial to a successful refund or return.

Any damaged merchandise from shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Our original shipping costs for packages shipped with free shipping will be deducted. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refused deliveries are subject to deduction of return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. Opened merchandise without original packaging and or destroyed packaging could be higher. Some items have a manufacture warranties and will be replaced if you should have any problems. Simply contact the manufacturer. Proof of purchase is your receipt that we e-mailed to you when you placed your order.
